Returns: Yes, returns are accepted with no questions asked. But please keep in mind that returns are costly to both buyer and seller and we try to avoid them by providing a detailed description of the items. However, we understand that there might be an impulse purchase or buyer’s remorse. In this case we expect our valuable customers to respect our store policies that will be applied to all sales with absolutely no exception:
***ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN!***
· Return authorization is required by contacting seller within 3 days of delivery.
· Item must be returned in the original condition unused and well packaged within 14 days of delivery.
· Listing expenses deduction fee 20% applies to all returned items with NO EXCEPTIONS!
· Deduction fee 50% applies if the items returned were used, damaged, or incomplete (OR TAGS REMOVED).
· Restocking fee is waived for the items exchanged; however, additional shipping fee may apply.
· Shipping/handling fee is not refundable.
· Returns are not accepted from the international sales due to the high shipping costs.
International sales: International buyers are welcome as we ship worldwide. Additional import
tax may apply.
