This black party sized top hat features shiny velvet with gears and chains attached to the top along with gold trim along the edge of the brim and the top of the hat. With a hint of sophistication from the Victorian era, this hat is the perfect accessory for many SteamPunk and cosplay costumes. Two metal hair clips under the brim allow for a secure fit. It has been stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
