For your consideration is an Eastman Kodak Rainbow Hawk-eye 2A Model B box camera in red.  The No 2A brownie camera was first manufactured from 1907 to 1933.  It took 6 to 12 exposures on No 116 film which was 2 1/4" x 4 1/4" in size without reloading.  It had a meniscus lens, fixed focus, Eastman rotary shutter with three stops and two finders.  It was covered in imitation leather with nickeled hardware.  The box camera measures 3 7/16" x 5 1/8" x 6 1/8" and weighed 21 ounces.  It is constructed in cardboard.  In 1929 Kodak introduced the No 2A with 5 different colors.  Originally priced at $3.75 for black and colors were $4.00.  The colors are less common than the black.  This particular model and color was manufactured from 1931 to 1932.  The patent number shows 2/1/1916.  Please see photos for condition.
