For your consideration is a Simply Lara top blouse.  This one is new with tag.  It is Rayon with 5% spandex.  A knit fabric in solid black.  The side have the outside zipper on each side that close the side up.  Leave down further for the beach look, or pull them up higher for the casual work look.  Marked size L.  Measurements:
