For your consideration is an International Silver Co Glass and Silver plate trinket or powder jar with mirror under the lid.  This is very elaborate on the top.  It does have an area in the bottom of the glass that looks like a crack in the pictures, but is a ridge or overlay of glass on the bottom.  The mirror has a slight edge crack.  This piece was found at an estate still in plastic covering so I do not believe it would have ever been used  Measures 3 3/4" in diameter and is 2" tall.  No chips on the glass.
