This is a BLUE cloth adjustable baseball style (meaning a round bill) hat (made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton) with a 100% polyester mesh back with the 3 1/4" high mint patch which features the shield logo of the S.T.A.R.S. Raccoon Police Department (A branch of Raccoon's Police Department named Special Tactics and Rescue Squad) on the front, as seen in the movies and on the hot cult video game Resident Evil. This is the blue silver star version. This is a new, never worn hat stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
