The booklet is in good condition with very light wear on the edges, tiny rectangular sticky spot and a sharpee mark on the front cover.  There is a small stain on the upper left of the front cover and it does show up on every page.  One page has a dog-ear dog-eared and I found one ink check mark inside and ‘The Adventurer’ has a pencil note: this is the one..  Profusely illustrated in black & white and color.

I hate descriptions that just give you a picture of the cover.
