Shoulders, bust or chest and waist measurements are taken across the front with the garment lying flat and buttoned up. 

SHOULDERS = 22 INCHES

Bust or chest measurement is taken from side seam at the underarm to the opposing side seam. 

CHEST/BUST = 26 INCHES 

Sleeve length is measured from  underarm seam to end of sleeve. 

UNDERARM SEAM TO CUFF = 20  INCHES  

Length of garment is measured from the neck seam (under collar) to the bottom of the hem. 

GARMENT LENGTH = 28 INCHES
