Minor scratches and one very small chip on the side to the right of the picture towards the bottom (it could be a blemish in the cup) and one small blemish spot on the inside bottom of the glass.

For its age, it is in very good condition. 

 Glass is 4-1/4" x 3-1/2" ~ 12 oz
