Beautiful necklace and charm!  

Heart shaped synthetic sapphire gem with three small diamonds above it.  On the side of the charm, it says "10k" (silver color setting).  The (silver color) chain is included and has NC 10k on the clasp. I believe that stands for Nickel Cobalt metals.  Chain is approximately 10" long.  

Hard to notice if any, but it has been previously loved and may have some signs of wear.  Not worn daily.
