I try to describe the items to the best of my ability, and for that reason, items are sold 'as is.' I do not usually do refunds unless I have grossly misrepresented an item. Although I do my best to give an accurate description, I may have missed something, so if you have any questions please email prior to the item's end. In the event that I have overlooked a flaw in an item, please contact me before leaving feedback so I can have the chance to fix the problem. I try my hardest to take accurate colored pictures of my merchandise, but please be aware that different computer monitors and phone screens can make colors look darker, brighter, lighter, or just different than they appear when I list the items. I will not give partial credits due to an item being a different shade than pictured as I cannot control this.
