Shipping
- FREE SHIPPING! Via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation.
- We will ship your items within 2 business days after receiving payment and personalization information.
- The usual arrival time after shipping is between 2 and 5 business days.
- Items are shipped in a 3" hard cardboard mailing tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- If ordering multiple wall hangings, please note that we can only ship 4 per mailing tube. Therefore, you may receive multiple packages.
- You will receive an email notifying you when your item has shipped, along with a Delivery Confirmation number.
Terms/Payment
- Payment by Pay Pal only. Echecks must clear before shipping.
- We pay all applicable state sales taxes.

- Personalization information needed for this wall hanging:

- Please send information for personalization with payment. You will see "Notes to Seller" when you pay. Put the information you'd like to have on the wall hanging there. If you do not require personalization, please put that fact in the "Notes to Seller" area. If the information is not included with your payment, we will contact you for further instructions.
- PLEASE check your personalization information for correct spelling and/or grammar. If we have to double check with you on the personalization information, the preparation and shipping of your item will be delayed.
- Also, it is very important that you check your email periodically until you are notified that your item has shipped, in case we have to contact you regarding your item. The quicker we can reach you, the quicker we can prepare and ship your item.
