This is an unsigned Monet piece, which is not uncommon for a jewelry piece to be unsigned that originally belonged in a set.

Measures 7.5 inches in total length by 5/8 inches wide (just over a half inch). The beads are about 6mm.

The exact age is unknown though the tag suggests this was manufactured in the late 1990s.
