20 numbered folded cardboard race cars - All have plastic wheels that roll, but due to cardboard dragging these won't roll freely by themselves. Each car is numbered

Vehicle numbers are:

1  02  3  4  6  7  8  9  11  12  13  14  16  17  18  19  20  21  22  24

They measure 2 inches long and one/half inch tall. No idea where they came from or when they were made, there is no information on any vehicle.
