The item you see comes in the original cellophane wrapping and in the original box it was mailed in. I can see no date on the vehicle, only the word 'Sasco Inc' and 'Made in China' .  It is just shy of 15 inches in length, and is 2 1/4 inches tall. Has at least one vehicle inside the trailer.

According to the box it comes in, this was mailed directly from the Kellogg's Company, it is their return address on the label.

I have had this item for about 8-10 years, maybe even longer. 

It has the racing team logo of NASCAR driver Terry Labonte.  Here is the information found on Wikipedia about Terry Labonte:
