These handmade copper earrings are dangling wire wrapped hoops with a dangling blue dagger bead. Hoops of 1/2 in diameter are hammered by hand to strengthen and accented with fine gauge wire wrapping. The hoops hang from blue crystal beaded links and dangle blue dagger beads from the bottom. The ear wires are also handmade from copper wire. This is a versatile and eye catching design suitable for any occasion including casual wear, business attire, or a night out.

Copper - I use natural 100% copper wire to create copper jewelry items. It is not treated with a lacquer or wax. Copper naturally oxidizes over time and develops a patina. Some people love that look and some prefer to keep it shiny. Slow the oxidization process by wiping your copper jewelry with a soft clean cloth before and after each use to keep it clean. You can easily clean oxidized copper jewelry and return it to bright and shiny by soaking it in a mixture of lemon juice and salt for 30-60 seconds, rinse with water, and dry. Try it with a penny.
