When  I do a reading, I like to be honest about what the cards indicate for people. This means that sometimes the answers will not be what someone was hoping to hear. I don’t feel that it is ethical or constructive to make things up just to feed into someone’s expectations and hopes .

PLEASE be ready for this possibility , because if all you expect  is what you WANT to hear, you would probably be better off not having a reading. Also bear in mind that what YOU think and what the CARDS think can be two different things. So you really need to keep an open mind and not take it as a given that the cards will see things your way ;)

Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be done Wednesday

PLEASE FACTOR IN TIME ZONE DIFFERENCES – eg if you live in Australia, you are 10 hours ahead of me which will likely add an extra day’s wait given I sometimes don’t begin work until 12 noon UK time.

ABOUT YOUR  PSYCHIC TAROT READING

This psychic tarot reading is for ONE question only. I will deal several cards for insights into your situation and will give you a succinct overview of their advice and predictions.This is not a reading that is intended to go into huge detail so please don't expect pages of insight ! With most kinds of questions experience has taught me that a concise reading is usually enough to answer most things. So unless your situation is really complex, this reading should be fine . I usually draw 2-3 cards and synthesize the meanings to give a well rounded overview of what's been indicated for you.

You may ask just about anything but for ethical reasons there are some issues most Tarot readers will not address:

-Questions about serious health issues, medical decisions or mortality

-Questions seeking advice about legal proceedings/criminal investigations

-Questions about stocks, shares, gambling

-Questions about missing persons

-Questions like , “Is my partner being unfaithful ?”

SENDING YOUR DETAILS OVER

It is quite frustrating to have to chase people up for the information required once something has been paid for so PLEASE remember to send me anything asked for promptly. You can place your details on the paypal comments box or email me via messages. Please don’t email me asking what info I need – this is clearly outlined within the listing ;)

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

When you place an order, paypal send you a receipt to confirm your purchase. If you email me via messages a copy will be in your SENT folder. I do not generally email people individually to acknowledge an order or an email and if I don’t, there is no need to email me to ask if I got your order or your email as I will have done so.

Please do not email me asking when your reading will be sent. I still get some people asking this despite clearly outlining the answer in all listings !

WHERE IS MY READING ?

 PLEASE ensure that your registered email address is up to date as if it is not, messages from me will be going to an email account you don’t even check anymore ! Also please remember to check your paypal email address too, and always look in spam . Very occasionally there is a problem sending an email and no way to inform you – your inbox might be full and emails bounce back to the sender. There is also the rare occasion that I might fall ill, or some family drama occurs, meaning I can’t get to the PC promptly to advise of a delay. Life happens to us all, so it is not going to be possible to be 100% reliable 100% of the time. Bear all these things in mind before deciding you have been forgotten about or ignored  !

Sometimes if I just can’t get a hold of someone by email I will just process a refund rather than risk a negative feedback due to someone assuming I’ve neglected them. So if you get an unexpected refund , check the comments box on the refund notice as I will have explained the reason why there.

LEAVING FEEDBACK, COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

It is not unusual for people to think that psychics are supposed to know everything “if they are really psychic”. It just doesn’t work like that though, so there are going to be times when we get something wrong  or don’t see the whole picture. Before you rush to leave bad feedback do consider the time and effort that has gone into your reading-feedback is also for the service you receive, and not just for the goods ! Leaving negative ratings really ought to be a last resort , whatever you have bought from. So think about contacting me first if you are not happy about something and we can discuss a refund.
