This listing consist of acid buffered and paper mats in variety of colors, which include but are not limited
to several shades of Pinks, Mauves, and Peaches

Substitute Colors Available Upon Request - Subject to Availability.

There are various shades of the following.
Blacks, Reds, Blues, Oranges, Purples, Greens, Yellows, etc...

The blanks are cut to  4.75" x 6.75" with ± 1/16" (0.0625) allowance with no openings. 
These board were cuts specifically to use as the back matte for a double 5" X 7" matte.   However, you can use them for whatever you want, but remember they are NOT 5" x 7".  

The mats shown in the photo are similar to what you will receive.

There may be some scuff marks on the fronts or some may show edge wear.

Pen or pencil marks may be on the back sides of some of the boards. These boards were taken out of a production lineup.

If you are looking for different colors, let us know and we can put a listing together or substitute for you.
We can also list the variety of  5" X 7" color TOP boards that  can be used for used for the double mats or just a single matte.  Visit our store to locate those listings. 

Some of these boards were from other project drops and the bevels have been removed as much as possible.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • FREE Shipping to U.S. Mainland addresses only.
  • We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii; however, we do ship to those locations. Enter your zip code under the Shipping and Payments tab to get your rate.
  • We do offer International Shipping on this Item through the Global Shipping Program.
  • When the product has been paid for, we will submit the order to be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Shipping time may vary due to your requested delivery location.
  • Your shipment will originate from a warehouse nearest to your location if possible. Most items are shipped FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
  • You will receive a shipping update email containing a tracking number. You may also find the tracking number of your order in the "My" tab.
  • If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us. If the shipping company has left before you realize the package is damaged, contact us immediately. Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
  • All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If the buyer provides an incorrect address or refuses delivery, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from any monies refunded.

All Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon your receipt of said package. If there is obvious visible damage to the package, please document it with a photo or video if possible. These images will be requested to help settle any claim with the carrier.

Please provide the order number, the damaged or defective item, and your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number.

Keep the product until we notify you with instructions. If you return an damaged order directly to us, you may jeopardize our ability to settle claims with the carrier. If a damage claim is compromised because you (the customer) return all or part of a shipment, we may deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the order.



30 Day Return Policy

We accept returns on items that are in their original unused and or uninstalled condition.
To help us expedite your return please contact us for an RMA# and return instructions.

Items returned due to buyer remorse do not qualify for free returns and buyer must return the item at their own expense.
Returned items damaged by the buyer will be subject to partial withholding of refund or rejection of return claim.
By entering into a transaction for this item buyer agreed to be bound by the terms of the above return policy and acknowledged that this is a legal and binding contract.

Any attempt to get around the return shipping by claiming "Item Not as Described or Defective" will be reported.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please Note, If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you must do so before it has shipped. We normally ship within 24 hours upon cleared payment with the exceptions of Sundays and Holidays. If your package has shipped, you must take delivery and our normal return policy will go into effect.
