Cut out the snow people.  Paste them on heavy paper and trim around the edges.  Bend feet at dotted line so figures will stand alone.

You may want to paste on a prop at back for added firmness. Paste snowshoes on paper, but not clothing or other items.  Just cut them out and dress up the snow people.
