Front cover has a 1 3/4" tear on the left side from the bottom up (right near the spine), and a 1/2" edge tear in the center.  Cards are all attached to their perforations, and the actual cards measure approximately 5 3/8" x 3 1/2". Cards have no writing and are in nice condition with minor edge and corner wear.
