This is a vintage pinback button made for the transistion between US Airways - America West Airlines AWA 1983 - N828AW 

US Airways (formerly known as USAir) was a major American airline that ceased to operate independently when the Federal Aviation Administration granted a single operating certificate for US Airways and American Arilines on April 8, 2015.

America West Airlines was a U.S. regional airline headquartered in Tempe, Arizona with main hub at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona and a secondary hub at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. The airline became part of the US Airways Group after being acquired in 2005 and adopted the US Airways brand name.

Pin  shows some minor dents on face.  Button measures 2-1/4" in diameter.
