We hand deliver all packages to the United States Post Office in a secure bubble pack mailer/envelope. We encourage you to have a secure delivery area. The risk of loss or damage to contents passes to the buyer at the time of shipment. We the seller nor you the buyer has any control over what may happen to a package with the United States Postal System so Ins. is highly recommended. We keep all insurance and delivery confirmation receipts until your package is accounted for. To claima LOST package you must wait at least 21 days after mailing for possible delay in delivery. For DAMAGED items YOU will need to file the claim at your Post Office – please notify us of damage to your item within 2 days of delivery. No damaged item can be returned or reshipped as this action totally invalidates the insurance.
