This Soft Cover book (221 pages) is in Very Good condition inside and out.  The top front cover edge has a minor tear and the bottom front cover has a slight smudge as shown.  These are the only noted flaws.

Book includes a letter from the author that is signed.  Letter has a large chunk torn out of the top, as pictured, but all text is visible.  Letter is dated 2004.
