This beautiful blue dress has spaghetti straps, draping at the bodice and skirt, a hem that dips down at the back, and lots of sparkles!  Although the label states size M, this dress measures 32.5 at the bust, 28" around the under-bust seam, and 34" at the hip.  Must be hand-washed.
