Vintage original 24 x 33 in. Norwegian poster from the popular 1960's western drama PRIDE AND VENGEANCE, released in 1967 and directed by Luigi Bazzoni. Filmed in Italy as an Italian/West German co-production, Franco Nero reprises his role of Sergeant Jose (AKA "Django"), a stalwart Spanish soldier who turns to a life of crime to prove his love for a mysterious and promiscuous gypsy woman (Tina Aumont).

This original release poster boasts fantastic artwork depicting a huge head shot of Franco Nero as Django, wearing a western-style hat and raising the barrel of his gun as two men fight in the background behind him. In addition to the fantastic western artwork, this poster is even more desirable since it is a stone lithograph, which features very rich colors and fine details (due to the high cost, this process was discontinued in the US in the early to mid-1930's, but certain other countries continued this labor-intensive and striking process through the 1960's). Folded as originally issued, this example appears to have never been used and is in very fine condition without any pinholes, tears, stains, creases, or other flaws. The colors are especially rich and vibrant and this western poster looks amazing in person!
