Rex & Son's Rv's
At Rex & Son's Rv's you have 14 days from time of shipment to return an item for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to Rex & Son's Rv's. All non-defective items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item was shipped free or at a reduced rate (Shipping to you was less then what we paid), then you will also be charged the actual shipping charge. Special order items, electrical items and items that require freight truck shipping are not returnable. If an item is defective within 14 days from time of shipment you may return it to Rex & Son's Rv's for an exchange. After 30 days, the item falls under the manufactures warranty and you must contact the manufacture for repair/replacement. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to send the item back to Rex & Son's Rv's. Once Rex & Son's Rv's receives the defective item, Rex & Son's Rv's will promptly ship out a replacement at no charge to you. If you wish to do a cross ship then you must place a new order for the same item and contact Rex & Son's Rv's for a return shipping label. Upon receiving the item will inspect the item and credit your credit card accordingly. We reserves the right to determine if an item is defective or not. All returns require authorization from Rex & Son's Rv's. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (MRA) written on the outside of the package. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in a resalable "as new" condition. All refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and no credit will be given for shipping charges!
