Riverside Literature Series, The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin, Number 19, issued September 1886, published by Houghton, Mifflin & Company. This paperback book was probably assigned reading the New Britain, Connecticut school system and used by a number of students who wrote their names on the first blank page. The cover is soiled and heavily ink stained, but the interior is surprisingly clean and undamaged. There are a few pen or pencil marks here and there, but not a great distraction.
