We ship orders from our warehouse each business day, and do not drop-ship any of our items from other locations.  Every order will ship within 1 business day whenever possible.

Many sandals are brand new, but some were floor displays or are super clean, barely used returns. All sandals are inspected prior to shipping and are free of defects. Some have all original tags and packaging, others are missing a portion of these. We cannot accept requests for specific packaging requirements at this time. • Orders may ship via FedEx Ground service.  Please provide a physical address so we may use this method and provide tracking information to you.  We may, at our discretion, use another shipping method if necessary.
