Guarantee and Returns
I guarantee the part to be as described and pictured. If you have a problem with your purchase, please communicate the issue with as much detail as possible. Please include all vehicle details that pertain to the part purchased (may also need your VIN).
*Warranty: If the part fails within the warranty period, I will replace it with a functionally equivalent part or refund the purchase price.
Modifications to the part, installation damage, improper installation, or use other than the manufacturer intended will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover labor or any other losses directly or indirectly related to the part -- no refunds greater than the purchase price. No warranty on items listed as "for parts or not working".
User-replaceable light bulbs & fuses are not warrantied. Engines and transmissions require new oil/fluid and filters that are correct for the application. Gaskets, seals, belts, hoses, and thermostats are not warrantied and should be changed prior to installation. Low oil level or overheating voids warranty. Any accessories on engines are included for convenience only and are not warrantied. You may have to swap manifolds, sensors, injectors, water pumps, oil pans, etc.
*Returns: I accept returns as a courtesy to my customers. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. No returns if installed, bolted on, or plugged in. Original and return shipping may not be refunded. Returns may incur a restocking fee to help cover my costs such as original shipping.
Contact me before returning an item. Package well for safe transit, as I cannot issue refunds for returns that are damaged. Please provide return shipment tracking.

Shipping
Most items are shipped using USPS Priority or First-Class, or FedEx Ground or Express. Items will be shipped via whatever service I deem appropriate. No PO Boxes unless the shipping method specifies USPS.
Double check your shipping address when paying, as the item must be shipped to the address specified during payment - we cannot accept messages or notes requesting to ship to another address.
We ship to the USA 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, or FPO - if the purchase is blocked, please message me your full address and I may be able to make the listing available to you. Puerto Rico, APO, or FPO will be shipped USPS. Alaska & Hawaii are usually shipped USPS.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via message within 48 hours and keep all packaging until the insurance claim is complete. Please send me pictures of the damaged item and the packaging itself, as I must submit them to the carrier. I can refund or replace the damaged item if you comply with the damage claim process. Do not return the damaged item unless requested.
Most items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment unless otherwise specified. Shipments go out at approximately 11:00 AM central time. Tracking will be submitted to the site when the shipment is prepared.
Payment
We accept PayPal. Please pay within 48 hours unless other arrangements have been made with us. For local pickup, please pay in store when you arrive. Sales tax will be applied to the total price to all orders shipped to the state of Minnesota.

Side. Always refer to left or right as if you are looking at the car from behind. LH, L, or Left refers to the Driver's side (the side closest to the center line of the road when driving in the USA). RH, R, or Right refers to the Passenger side (side closest to the ditch/shoulder). LF means left front; RF means right front. Also, the Hollander Interchange number listed may end with L for left or R for right.
