Rex & Son's uses Ground Shipping with transit times of 2 - 5 business days.

Handling Time
This item is in stock and we typically ship within 1-3 business days of payment.
When your order ships tracking information will be posted to your transaction.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via's Global Shipping Program.

International Transit Time
International orders typically arrive within two weeks from the paid date.
Due to restrictions, combined shipping is NOT available for international orders.

International Tracking
End-to-end tracking is available through the global tracking number used for the international shipping leg. This tracking number is available from the Order Details page in your account, and you may track your order from here. Please note that's Global Shipping Program uses a variety of carriers. It is not possible for us to specify a carrier when placing your order.

We offer a 14-day return policy.

Return Merchandise Authorization

ALL returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days. If you are returning product(s) for any reason, please notify us of your return.

Mis-shipments/Wrong Item Received

If you have received an incorrect item or you have not received your item at all please notify us of such issues. If we shipped an incorrect item, we will pay the shipping cost for a return.

Standard Returns
All standard returns must be in new condition with all of the original packaging/manuals. Upon receipt of such returns our warehouse will inspect the condition of the items before refunding. All items returned for this reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
