It is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks,, however, there is a good amount of crazing in the glaze, and the gold pattern and trim are worn in some places. I am unsure of the age or pattern name of the teapot. It was Made in Japan. It is a footed teapot, and is 6.25" tall at the rim, 7.75" tall including the lid, 5.5" deep, 3.5" in diameter, and 7" across from spout to handle. It is a wonderful off-white ivory color, with gold trim and pattern. It is a wonderful old vintage teapot, and would be a very nice addition to any collection.
