Ready-Made holes built all the way around to easily attach to wall / shelf for secure placement.    

Each bracket is 6 3/8"long by 4 5/8" wide.  Or you can hang them 4 5/8" long by 6 3/8" wide!  The width of the back brace is 7/8" at the top and then each side tapers down to 1/2".
