Plant Instructions:

Blanda Blue Shades should be soaked in water for 12 hours prior to planting. Plant Blanda Blue Shades in well-drained soil in a sunny, sheltered spot or in full sun or if planted in pots. You can improve heavy soil by mixing in some sand.

Plant Blanda Blue Shades accordingly to the instruction on the package. Water well after planting. For best results, as the buds materialize, add a high potash liquid feed in early spring to fertilize.

Remove dead flower heads to promote new growth. Allow foliage to die back naturally as this will send nutrients to Blanda Blue Shades for next year’s bloom. Please note to survive harsh winters apply a mulch (straw or newspaper) over Blanda Blue Shades them to avoid any frost damage.

Remove mulch when all danger of frost has passed.
