The hinges are weakening, otherwise the binding is in acceptable condition. The pages are tanning, there are scattered brown age spots and a couple of notations. A name, address and notation are written in the front and a doodle drawn on the rear end paper. One page has an edge tear and the rear end paper corner is torn off. The cover is toned, has light stains and a small amount of edge wear.  Acceptable. Hardcover.
