Item Includes: Returns Policy If you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact us, we will resolve them for you. We want you to be happy! Items must be returned to us with a postmark of no more than FIVE days after the date of original delivery. We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including the return fee, and a 20% restocking fee. Please note: We will not accept returns on any costumes or mask purchased from Aug. 1 - Oct 30 - After Halloween (Oct. 30).
