About 3 7/8" at the base. These were distributed in the 70's by Kitchen Sink, publisher of "Underground" comics including the Freak Brothers. Worn as a belt buckle, it can then be easily removed and a small piece of tubing attached and you have a functional pipe. This one has never been used and is in the original corrugated package.
