Combined shipping:

• To combine shipping with other items in our store, add all the items to the cart before checking out.
• The checkout will display the shipping price for all of the items based on their total weight.
• If you already purchased an item from our store and would like to add another item to the shipment before the first has shipped, checkout with the new item, and before paying, request an invoice.  We will then be able to deduct any extra shipping costs from the order before payment.

Due to a high percentage of lost or stolen international packages, all international shipments are now charged for insurance (built into the shipping price). If a package is damaged or goes missing during shipping, please contact us so that we may file a claim. Lost or stolen international claims can only be filed 40 days after the package has been shipped. A refund will be given once the filing is complete (may require buyers signature).

International orders may be charged import taxes, customs, or tariffs by the buyer's country to be paid by the buyer before delivery can be made. Please check your country's import laws and be aware of any import taxes that you may have to pay in addition to the purchase and shipping price.
