This small plate might be from either the 1940s or 1950s, judging by the planes in the picture. It measures approximately 3 1/2” in diameter, including the wire outer edging. It has no chips to the front and the colors are bright. The back shows a slight chip or two at the plate base. The wire has lost its shine and has a few small rust spots. There are no markings or indications of when or where it was made.

The front says “Colorful Colorado”.
