Symptoms of a bad Main board we can fix:
HDMI don't work but TV turns on fine 
No signal appears regardless of what is plugged in 
No sound out of the HDMI ports
TV does not turn on
Vizio Logo keeps blinking but never turns on
On screen Vizio Logo freezes and does not allow the TV to fully turn on

Turn around time is 3 - 5 business days from boards arrival.
We do not work with tampered boards. If your board has been tampered with, please give us a call or email us with details so we can discuss it further.
Once your board has been fixed, we will test it in a live TV set to ensure quality. 

What if we can't fix your board?
It is extremely rare that we are unable to fix a board, however sometimes there are instances where unusual failures can occur. If this is the case, we will send you a full refund.

Your board arrives working:
If your board arrives in working condition, a refund will be issued minus a $20 testing fee. Shipping fees will not be a part of the refund.
