If S&H is $3.99 or less, your item will be shipped by First Class Mail (usually takes 2-3 days).
If you prefer Priority Mail instead, please ask for rates before paying.
Insurance is optional at $1.50 per $50.00 in the USA.
Delivery Confirmation is included FREE for Domestic Only.
Delivery Conf. & Ins. is available for International orders shipped by Priority Mail.
Delivery Conf. & Ins. is NOT available for Int'l orders shipped by First Class or Priority Flat Rate.
All shipping is done on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY & RETURN POLICY
- All sales are final. For computer software, please make sure your PC meets the minimum requirements for the software before bidding or buying as I am unable to accept returns. All software I sell are brand new & factory sealed unless stated otherwise, therefore I cannot be held accountable if your PC refuses to run the software due to system requirements not met or other incompatibility issues. Feel free to contact me if you need more info.
- Please research the software title you are interested in prior to completing the purchase. Make sure your computer meets the system requirements described in every item and be sure to note the packaging details included in the description of every item I sell. It is the customer responsibility to verify system compatibility and product needs before purchasing software products. For technical questions regarding a product, please contact the software publisher. There are no returns on software. Please contact me if you have an issue with your transaction and I will be happy to assist.
