Pattern pieces are in good condition with some tanning. The pattern was cut to the longer length. The instruction sheet has 2 tears (see photos #6 & 7). Envelope has tanning, is split across two-thirds of the top edge, shows considerable wear with several rips and tears along edges and flap, and has merchant's stamp on the front. No strong odors. Pattern is stored in an archival cellophane sleeve and will be mailed in a rigid cardboard mailer.
