This is the Thufferin' Thuccotash member of the 1974 Welch's Looney Tunes Collectible Jelly Glass.   The Tazmanian Devil is chasing Daffy and there are two pigs also racing around the glass.  The colors are primarily light blue and white.  It is 4 1/4 inches tall.  Bugs Bunny is the impression in the bottom of the glass.
