This item is a Wedgwood green Jasperware 4-1/2 x 3-1/4 inch covered dresser box, with the box and lid in excellent condition.Small vase stands 3 3/4" tall. 
There are no chips, no cracks, no stains, no repairs.
Wedgwood impressed marks, as we are picturing in the attached images.
