The Tops measures 21" across from armpit to armpit, 18" across at Waist. It is 12" long & has a back zipper. The Skirt measures 16 1/2" at Waist, 42 1/2" long. It is a shiny taffeta type of fabric but a thin soft taffeta & not very thick.
