* If you purchase multiple items from oursales, combined shipping is available. Please tell me your item numbers so we can give you a quote.

* The item(s) will be shipped as soon as the fund is cleared.

* A confirmation / tracking number will also be provided once the package is sent.

* If the insured package is damaged enroute to the customer. Please contact us ASAP and I will file a damage claim and handle all related issues. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for the claim only) out of my own pocket once the claim has approved. This usually takes 2 weeks.
