The Baker-Manchester Co. was founded in the year 1914 in Providence, RI. They manufactured sterling silver flatware, hollow-ware, and novelties, including many fancy and unusual flatware serving pieces. The silversmith company lasted till around 1930. The ornate, art nouveau inspired Daffodil pattern was introduced around 1900. This delicate and lovely sauce ladle measures just under 5 inches long, and is in very good antique condition with no dents or major signs of wear.
