This book is heavy and thick. It’s wondrous in its artistry in terms of the photos, graphics and illustrations. The illustration pages have their own Table of Contents! The book even includes a Table of Equivalents in the back of the book.

The embossed leather cover has some nicks and stress. The cover also has "play" in it, in that it feels loose when you move it. Lots of potential for great art and recipes to frame.
