Vintage Metal Flower Cookie Cutter

The cutter is approximately 3" across.   The metal is in good shape but has discolored and some surface rust (please review pictures).  It was my grandmother's but I don't know how old it is.  I am not an expert or collector.  Please remember this is a vintage, used item.
