These really cool sets are made with seed beads, shell beads, and/or lucite beads.  Each features a super mother of pearl pendant and has matching earrings.

These sets are strung on fishing line and may arrive at your home slightly bent.  I recommend letting them hang for a day or two so that the weight of the pendant straightens them out.  You may also try straightening the line yourself but be very gentle if you do this.
