Up for your consideration is this wonderful hand painted porcelain Limoges Box from Sinclair. The lovely Marilyn Monroe is exquisite in a deep plunging black top and delicate gold chain with a faceted purple pendant around her neck. Inside is a pair of black sunglasses ( Jacks?) and the clasp is a beautiful filigree design. The box is marked on the bottom: Sinclair Peint a la Main, Limoges France Edition Limitee numeratee 2000  6/750. Measures 3 3/4 in height.
